This Privacy Notice describes how Meijer Group AB ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Glider, collects and processes personal data when you use the Glider platform (the "Service"). Meijer Group AB acts as the data controller for personal data described below.

- Account data: name, email address, login credentials, profile photo.
- Club & operational data: club memberships, roles, licenses, medicals, flights, bookings, tracks, news posts you create.
- Support communications: messages you send us.
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, timestamps, and basic telemetry needed for security and reliability.
- Cookies: essential cookies for session management and preferences.
3. Why we use your data and legal basis
- Provide the Service (contract performance) — account creation, club operations, flights, bookings.
- Security & fraud prevention (legitimate interests) — protecting accounts and infrastructure.
- Customer support (contract / legitimate interests) — responding to questions.
- Product improvement (legitimate interests) — diagnosing issues and improving features.
- Legal compliance (legal obligation) — accounting, tax, responding to lawful requests.
4. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email, analytics and error monitoring providers acting on our instructions.
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, subscription management, billing, tax compliance, invoicing and related customer service for purchases.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting and audit advisers.

Some recipients may be located outside the EEA / UK. Where this is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Account and club data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after closure, subject to legal retention obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
