Glider, provided by Meijer Group AB, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
- Contact us through the support channels available inside the Glider platform and we will help you process the refund.
After 30 days
After the 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer protection law and the Paddle Refund Policy. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
