1. Who you are contracting with
The Glider platform (the "Service") is provided by Meijer Group AB ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Glider. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Acceptance
Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a club or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or infringe third-party intellectual property;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing, scanning or scraping;
- circumvent technical restrictions, plan limits or access controls;
- resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, branding and documentation are owned by Meijer Group AB and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us the limited license needed to host and process it for the purpose of operating the Service.
6. Service level
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Payment, subscriptions and taxes
Paid plans are billed through our reseller (see clause 8). Pricing, billing frequency, renewals and tax handling are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Reseller (Merchant of Record)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable export window, subject to legal retention obligations.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
